By placing an order with VictoryDTF.com, you agree to these terms.

Orders and production. All transfers are made to order. Once an order enters production it cannot be changed or cancelled. Contact us immediately if you need to correct an order and we'll help if production hasn't started.

Artwork and intellectual property. You are responsible for the artwork you submit. By uploading a design, you confirm that you own it or have permission to reproduce it, and you agree to indemnify VictoryDTF against any claim arising from your use of that artwork. We reserve the right to decline any order that appears to infringe a copyright or trademark, or that contains unlawful or hateful content.

Artwork quality. We print files as supplied. For best results submit high-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds at actual print size. We are not responsible for pixelation, color shift, or cropping caused by the file you provide.

Color matching. Screen colors and printed colors differ. We cannot guarantee an exact color match to your monitor or to a previous order.

Pricing and payment. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. Payment is due in full at checkout.

Limitation of liability. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for lost profits, labor costs, or damage to garments resulting from the application of our transfers.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
