Refund policy

At VictoryDTF, every transfer is printed to order from artwork you supply, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom-printed items.

We do stand behind our print quality. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll reprint the order at no cost or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

We cannot offer refunds for issues caused by low-resolution or incorrect artwork submitted with the order, incorrect sizing chosen at checkout, or application errors such as wrong heat, pressure, or press time. Please review our pressing instructions before applying your transfers.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
